How can you read a book that hasn't been published?

Simple. You do a technical review.

I had the opportunity this week to do a technical review of an article in O'Reilly's upcoming Coding4Fun: 10 .NET Programming Projects for Wiimote, YouTube, World of Warcraft, and More. In particular, I reviewed an article in the upcoming book that deals with XNA 3.0, which includes the new audio system (no more direct reliance on XACT!) and support for the Zune media player.

The book should be coming out in mid-November, and would make a great gift for any budding programmers in your family.
