cIRCulation and Alarm Clock now available for download

It's taken a while, but I've finally gotten some of my projects up on the site.

I've made Alarm Clock 0.2.0 available for download from this site now. Previously it was only available at the old website, but now it's here as well. I'll probably be releasing 0.5.0 some time soon (versions 0.3.0 and 0.4.x are private releases), and by 0.6.x the "radio" functionality should be added.

I've also finally made a public release of cIRCulation, version 0.4.0. There's still quite a bit missing, but it's a workable start. You can actually use it to connect to IRC networks and chat, although there isn't any DCC functionality yet (the DCC plug-in is just a stub).
